Infobox for a page about a defendant/subject — a person or body who is the subject of allegations on this wiki.
Parameters:
- name — full name (required)
- role — position/title
- body — organisation they belong to
- status — one of: active / concluded / pending (affects badge colour)
- status-label — optional override text for the badge (default: value of status)
- cases — wikilinks to related Case: pages, pipe-separated is fine as raw wikitext
- notices — wikilinks to related Notice: pages
