Renders the summary infobox at the top of a Notice: namespace page, and declares the corresponding Semantic MediaWiki properties so the notice queue dashboard at Project:Notice queue can be generated automatically.
Required parameters:
- ref — the notice reference (NQ-YYYY-NNN), matches the page name
- recipient — name of the person notified
- role — their role, for context
- pages — the page(s) that name this person
- sent-by — editor who sent the notice
- sent-on — date sent
- sent-method — how it was sent
- imputations — what was put to them
- reply-due — date the reply window closes
- reply-received — date reply was received (blank if none yet)
- reply-text — short excerpt or summary of the reply (blank if none)
- status — one of: awaiting-reply / reply-received / lapsed
