Renders the right-of-reply audit block at the foot of any page about a named person. Reads the response from the linked Notice: page automatically (no need to duplicate it).
Required parameters:
- notice-ref — unique reference (NQ-YYYY-NNN) — must match a Notice: page
- recipient — to whom the notice was sent
- sent — date notice was sent
- method — how it was sent (email + delivery method)
- imputations — what was put to them, by reference to sections of the page
- reply-due — auto-calculated as sent + 60 days
- reply-received — date a reply was received (leave blank if none)
- response — verbatim response, or 'lapsed' to record non-response after window expired
